The
"TREMIX" Vacuum Dewatering System : The
Tomosada "Tremix" System for better concrete implies
controllable treatment of concrete in different steps so
that a perfect end result will be achieved successively
: a strong and level floor that does not crack and has a
very high wear resistance and minimum dusting.
Through vacuum dewatering most of the water, not needed
for the hydration of cement, is extracted from concrete.
Suction mats are placed on the fresh concrete surface so
that a vacuum is created. Water is extracted out of
concrete by means of a vacuum pump. The water amount is
reduced by 15-20 %, which noticeably increases
compressive strength and wear resistance. |

improvement condition of compression strength of the
upper part and the bottom by the vacuum processing in
the surface of 200mm thickness.
Compression strength on the 28th day is obtained only
in 7 days after the construction end.
